After being bought by A&E Plastics In January of 1989, TCI has expanded it’s customer database and upgraded or added to nearly every machine in house. We’ve added 5 axis CNC routers for precise trimming and computer generated programs for accuracy.
We’ve also expanded our Quality Control Dept to capabilities similar to A&E Plastics.
ThermoForming tooling is much cheaper than Injection molding, especially on larger parts. Turnaround is very fast. We work from all IGES, Pro-E, or Solid Works databases as well as prints.
